AOS FILERS - March 2008

Still didn't recieve RFE in snail-mail... comon... you sent E-mail saying you mailed it on Jun 14!!! 4 days ...... Ahhhhhh!!!! :crying: :crying:

I'm hoping it's not for the medical. Two others got it for the medical with the 5/16 and 5/18 touches. However the RFE's were on 5/19. It's almost like the first medical didn't count. We did the entire medical back in January of this year to be on the safe side.

It is not for medical as we did the entire new medical check as well and sent a new sealed envelop... as we saw so many RFEs because of medical we decided to send the new one.. also we send extra taxes papers with first RFE.... so we still don't have a clue why we got RFE as we didn't recieve it yet in snail mail!!!!!!

My husband and i are really frustrated with USCIS at the moment ... we filed in Feb, recieved a RFE and they recieved all additional information on March 14th .... today is June 18th - i called the USCIS phone number (that is on your case status page) and a automated message told me that my information had been recieved and that i should recieve a letter in 60 days as of March 14th .... its been over 60 DAYS!

is anyone else having late issues with them ?

i really want to get all this over and done with, as i'm now 4 months pregnant and dont need immigration issues hanging over my head lol .....

I know what you mean!!....I'm due in Sept....I got my work visa but it doesn't look like anyone really wants to employ a pregger lady...my interview is July 25th and I'm freaked out about what if they deny me... I can't fly as of July....lets hope they approve us!!

after all the trouble they put us thru? lol .... we did everything they asked ..... they wouldnt say no ......

I see on ur timeline that u will also be having ur interview in Denver....so am I, I just want to wish you luck and maybe you can share ur experience with me

My kids are now grown, but I'm anxiously awaiting the birth of our AOS approval!!

(even a touch would be good at this point!)

Thanks for the thoughts/prayers. I'm hanging in there, but with what happened to our paperwork after our NOA2, I'm just a bit worried. And as most of us know, it's just a little frustrating seeing people who file after you get approved first...just no rhyme or reason to their system. On the other hand, it's nice to see so many getting approvals, transfer notices and interview letters/interviews..just wish I was in the same boat, but I know I'm not alone

I'm grateful for VJ and it's members. A place to share and vent to people who really understand how you feel

You are definitely not alone. We have been waiting and waiting and it is so frustrating. I agree, I would like to see a touch just to know that someone is working on it. I keep telling myself that everything happens for a reason and us having to wait a little be longer may be to our benefit. Hang in there, we will hear something soon.

We're due Sept 28th and he's our first....we're so exicted but we have alot going on now!

We're hoping to get a place by the end of this month (hopefully we'll know by the end of this week) currently we're living with our inlaws....I won't be changing my address till after AOS since all our mail goes to the inlaws its going to take a while to get everything changed over.
