I have no idea... My husband is pissed... We received e-mail.. so can't wait to see the real mail with explanation... I have no idea what they want now... we even sent completely new medical, all taxes with previouse RFE, all pictures, letters... everything... and I am here with K-1 visa.. we sent copy of our K-1 approval... etc... I am so upset.... :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: SECOND RFE!!!! Why??? :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

Got 3rd touch after RFE E-mail!!! Comon!!! I don't need any touches now, just send me a RFE in mail, so we can send it back as soon as possible!!! Ahh!!! My husband thinks that probably USCIS did a mistake like with some cases when they tell you that interview is rescheduled, and next thing you know it is still on, and USCIS doesn't even know about it.... anyway ... can't wait to see RFE explanation.....

So we called the customer service and once again they proved themselves :P It´s still just a misinformation line. First guy couldn´t even find the AP number in the system so he transfered us somewhere else and the next person spoke bad English. She found the AP in the system, but couldn´t really understand our questions so we figured we´d try tomorrow someone else cuz arguing with a goat gives you no information and it makes the goat angry. Only info that came out of her was that they are now working on aplications from February. Yeah right :bonk:

Sometimes i do really feel bad coz i don't get any update on my AOS. I still can't view my receipt online. Got no idea what is goin on.....Don't have any update since biometrics last march 27. :crying: :crying: :crying:

This came from our lovely CRIS this morning. Also, yesterday by snail mail we got a paper "Welcome to the United States as a Permanent Resident" letter. This has gone so well for us....... Congratulations ramzis51! :dance: :dance: :dance: A friendly reminder, don't forget to take your gc and ss card to the SSA office so you can get your unrestricted SS card. Just got mine in the mail yesterday! It's a wonderful thing to find a little rest from the immigration stuff even just for a year or so. Hoping that the rest will get their GCs soon! Best of luck to all March filers!

My husband and i are really frustrated with USCIS at the moment ... we filed in Feb, recieved a RFE and they recieved all additional information on March 14th .... today is June 18th - i called the USCIS phone number (that is on your case status page) and a automated message told me that my information had been recieved and that i should recieve a letter in 60 days as of March 14th .... its been over 60 DAYS!

is anyone else having late issues with them ?

i really want to get all this over and done with, as i'm now 4 months pregnant and dont need immigration issues hanging over my head lol .....

Still didn't recieve RFE in snail-mail... comon... you sent E-mail saying you mailed it on Jun 14!!! 4 days ...... Ahhhhhh!!!! :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

I'm hoping it's not for the medical. Two others got it for the medical with the 5/16 and 5/18 touches. However the RFE's were on 5/19. It's almost like the first medical didn't count. We did the entire medical back in January of this year to be on the safe side.

First of all congratulations on the approvals and the ones who are still waiting - hanging in there and be optimistic - the day is coming sooooooooon!

... just would like to share about our experience from today's interview.....

A young lady called us into her office and started to review documents which she had ready on her desk. she asked us if we have received K1 package back to us - unfortunately we did not nor they :wacko: She admitted that they got lost :wacko: it means for us that we have to send them copies of our documents again :-(

Otherwise she asked me a few question about our relationship - how long we had dated before our wedding, if my husband met my family and i met his, about our birthdays, if i know my current address, where we got married and how many people were on our wedding. where we went for our honeymoon, for how long and how many times my husband was visiting me in my country, if i am currently employed, she also asked me all 14 questions from Form I-485 Part C - that's probably because of the lost documents. The interview took about 25 minutes.

After they will receive all documents from us (the ones which they lost :( ) i should receve GC about a one month. :)
