Hey Guys,

I have something on my mind thats been bothering me and I am in great need of ur advices!! when my husband and I filed the AOS I put my maiden name on all the paper work because thats the name I have in my passport and birth cert. Now I want to know if there's anyway I can change my name at the AOS interview?? or I have to wait until Im lifting condition......One more thing when I get EAD and apply for my SSN can I take my marriage cert and get SSC in my married name instead of maiden??

any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

Received another email from CRIS today: :dance::dance: ..wow!two emails in one day..also my hubby got his job interview done today..we are just now waiting for them to call him back..hopefully, he will get the job from the hospital where I work...I bet more approvals coming on March filers..goodluck :thumbs:

meishel101, don't worry my husband overstayed his B2 visa for long long time! We sent AOS March 20th and just this week got EAD approval, yours is coming!
