Hello everybody!

First of all, congratulations to all who has got employment permision and other things.

We married on February and send just AOS on March 12. Until now just Biometrics were taken but all seems as if in stagnation, it all reminds me when the KI visa that took us about 9 months.

Someone knows how long takes this AOS (aproximately)?

I just applied for AOS but I see that everybody applied for more other things, as work and so on.

I didnt applied for work because first I want to know well all here and then living in Kansas seems I can not get a drivers licence without the permanent recidence and without driving I am stock at home

If someone can give me some advice regarding it all, I will be thankfull, because seems I am lost in so much immigration fuss

well i noticed that people that were transferred to csc got their cards quite quickly, but people like you and I that have not been transferred got the card in a maximum of 10 business days. congrats again

It stands for "Advanced Parole" and it is a document that allows you to travel outside the US while your AOS case is pending....

Yeah right, the I-751 must be filed within the 90 days just preceding the expiration date on your permanent residence card. Good luck to your future endeavors and see you around still!
