checked all instructions and didn't find anything about 6 pictures :) anyway let's see what will happened... but this AOS process is less painful for us as I am here with my husband... and we became kind of Immigration specialists.. :lol: hehehe ... like probably everyone here :) Good luck again to everyone :thumbs:

hmmmmm... we read here that we need only 4 :( ... anyway if they need 2 more they will ask and we will send... it is not a big tragedy :) hehe

AP

AOS

Per form instruction you can find that AOS, EAD & AP requires Two (2) passport type photos. Just in case each will go to different sections/department then the evaluators will have each complete document package. But as Elmira said, let's wait and see. Everything will be fine and now we are still waiting til they cash the check. :)

hello I am just wondering if you separated the forms by folders or paperclips or mailed all together? What about cover sheet telling contents or between different forms? thanks...WaltnRafi

We received the EAD on Saturday May 10 YaYYYYYY!!! We decided to send in the AP application yesterday. I'm not sure what that does to the process now for the I485 but we suddenly got Jamaica sick and want to go back for a visit. Anyways good luck to everyone and I must say this is one of the best forums because there isn't any other conversations going on (personal) unlike some other forums. Take care

I mailed all together, and as you can see put 4 photos only... and nothing happened... got EAD and AP, and next is a green card... I did only one cover letter.. :) and I used paperclips only to separate forms and that's it... Good luck :)

I think the same may happen to us. My husband's EAD card was ordered on 5.5.08 and today we received an email saying his EAD was approved. It doesn't make sense that we get the production email first and then we were approved. Shouldn't it be backwards??? First approval and then the card?

Well, who cares, we just want his EAD card...I hope we get it in the mail tomorrow. (I just hope the mail delivers, our US Postal service sucks...at least in my area...I always get mail for other people, which I return...)
