I really need to get going on getting everything ready for our interview on the 25th...I can't believe how fast its coming up!!

Congratulations!!! But why 10 years? or it is second green card? As for me.... nothing from USCIS... We mailed the reply on second RFE on Thursday via express mail... I checked through USPS website and it said that package was delivered on July 10th. same day I got 1 touch on I-485 on USCIS website, but it had same message "On June 14, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, call 1-800-375-5283 to update your address....".... Still can't understand why I-485 got a touch, but there is same message.... Tomorrow we need to call them and check... very confused...

Hi Elmira. It's the first. We've been married since 7/17/2003. Your touch was probably them getting your 864 back in the file. You probably won't get another touch, just your approval. Remember a touch doesn't always change your status. That's why it still says the same thing from June. Hang in there. It will come real soon!!!

Hi Canadia we have our interview coming up also in Denver on the 29th....so far Im just gathering any and everything that has both our names on it..lol, about a week or so before I'm going to put them all together!...how about you, how are things going??

Today I'm going to get some pictures printed up of our honeymoon and add them to our photo album...and then I have to get some things photo copied to add to the package. My baby shower is this weekend so I won't be doing too much then. I can't believe how fast its coming.

I'll be sure to post how the interview goes. Its so exciting to know be might be done with everything for a while by the end of the month!

Looks like we are waiting till September. Just heard back from NBC via the IO we spoke to. They wont move the file to my local office early even though they have finished everything. Oh well, I guess we will just have to make the drive down in September.

We'll see USCIS in 2010. Is there anything else that we need to do now besides the tacky SSA office (well ours is at least)?????

Oh yeah can we travel without the AP document in hand.

Ah... ok... now I understood Today I called to USCIS and they confirmed that received our package .. and as soon as I called them I got touch and message was changed to "On July 16, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service......".. so let's see what is next
