Hello everyone!

Quick question about filling G-325A..

Having trouble at the "residence last 5 years" part... I have been to the US on a J1 training visa for 14 moths. Is that considered to be "residence" in the US? Or should i just put my address in the home country?

Thanks!

If you resided there, you need to list it.

Why do you think it is tricky? You will not be harmed by indicating legal employment...

YMMV

Why do you think USCIS would care? Sorry, I don't mean to badger you, but I don't see why you're concerned. Be truthful and honest. They're not looking to go after you, they just want an accurate case history. Don't ever feel like you have to lie or omit information, because that's when you really get yourself into trouble.

i just worry to much about everything... that's how i am made...lol

you have a very good point... that's what i was thinking also....but wanted to double check...

we hired an immigration lawyer... I personally didn't think we need it but my baby wanted to be on the safe side... Now the lawyer asked him for all kinds of paperwork but didn't mention the G-325 form... I found out about it while doing my homework...;)

She can't send our application without that am i right?

I am just concerned that things will get delayed if the lawyer doesn't ask for everything we need to send our file...

this lawyer was recommended to us so i assume she knows what she's doing...

Oh Lord.... I just want everything perfect and as fast as possible....

like everybody else out there....

tired of being away from my baby....
