Why of course I would  LMAO....sorry let me be a bitter since I haven't seen my man in almost a year now.....haha...I think me and Estadia and all others that haven't seen our loves in person for a long time should be FIRST hahahahah! Call me biased hahhaha.....

I wish Estadia would get hers! She's been waiting way too long! I can't even imagine how hard it must be to have not seen your SO in so long. Just think...next time you see him, it will be forever. You won't have to go through this again.

Yeah that is what we keep telling each other and how also we need to remember all this wanting and longing when we are driving each other nuts haha! I am just so excited to see CSC moving that keeps me hopeful for sure! Right now it just seems surreal that he will ever get here.....

I'm so excited!!!!! no way I'm going to be able to sleep now.......

Normally I would think 'big deal' buttttttt since lately a touch turned out to be an approval, and this more than once, I'd say: YAY! Your approval might be around the corner :D

Or an RFE.... damn it, I hope I won't have nightmares about it tonight! (if I can manage to fall asleep of course ^^)

This is our very first touch too, so don't be afraid Jeroen, you're not the only one. They should start working on yours soon too.

I admit, it's relieving to know that they have it.

Alright I'm really leaving the computer now.

Igor just responded to my query and stated that if a person puts a date in the NOA2 field and then subsequently removes that date without putting another date in that field then there would be a problem with the way the list handles the item - he is investigating and seeing if he can fix the program. That's all. And since I've had enough fun for the day I will go ahead and post the list of January approvals. Note that we had about three new couples join the January CSC community - Welcome - and don't be shy about posting here.

I'm so excited!!!!! no way I'm going to be able to sleep now.......

YAY!!! Still keeping these fingers crossed!

Hoooorrrraaaaayyyyy!!!!

I'm hoping these guys get their e-mail system fixed so that you don't have to remain sleepless the next week waiting on the mail. As of today, one in four January filers has received their approval. Not bad when you think how depressed we all were two weeks ago.

1 in 4 is incredible in just two weeks. All I can say is that they'd better keep the pace up - or else!

Why of course I would  LMAO....sorry let me be a bitter since I haven't seen my man in almost a year now.....haha...I think me and Estadia and all others that haven't seen our loves in person for a long time should be FIRST hahahahah! Call me biased hahhaha.....

*hugs* I think you should be first too, and it does seem that the system is very unfair sometimes. :( I feel so bad having my approval already, when I'm not even planning to fly out until the end of November/beginning of December!

no it wasn't blank but I would not consider the date they put there as a "touch", only as the date they first entered it in the system. then it stayed at that date until yesterday. that's why I said we never had a touch.

And shes, my timeline is the same. No touch since I filed on Jan 24th. When I log into the USCIS site, the date that is listed is Jan 31, a couple days after the NOA1 was sent. I assume that was the day my petition left for the file box - where it has yet to emerge.

09-20-2008 = Wedding!

AOS/EAD/AP TIMELINE:

10-22-2008 = NOA1's Issued

01-27-2009 = EAD and AP approved (102 days after NOA1's)

Oh no! On the one hand at least it's easily sorted, on the other - what a pain that it was such a small thing!

Hope they respond swiftly to your RFE reply. :)
