I guess we have to find out if that will happen, for now, however, it seems like someone is working backwards for real as we're back at november 18

What do you mean november 18? is that the tentative adjudication date here on vj for you?

Nah haha.. a couple of days ago, it said under the link 'immigration timelines' in the menu above that the current processed application was the one from nov 28... that turned into 23, then the 20st and now were back at november 18... it's like theyre working backwards lol

this is the one i meant:

Good morning, Blake!

I really wish we could fix a wedding date. Fielding questions from people is tiresome! I don't like to give misinformation but thanks to the visa process I've already changed my plans a half dozen times.

Aaah! I found this in the London medical thread:

I asked him about this last bit afterwards - did they really get females who turned out to be males; he said yes, they'd had 3 this year already!

That's why the doctor has to take a peek down your underwear.

Not indecisive, optomistic is probably the better term. The fact is we really don't know what date things will happen. I get asked all the time when Olga and I will have our wedding, my explaination starts out ok and then turns to mumbling about processing and interview timelines, CSC and the entire immigration process. By the time I see the glazed look coming from their eyeballs I stop myself and just say, "I don't know." I think I've got it narrowed down to August/September - but then again, that's just a guess as well. So we're all in the same boat as you are - besides it's a woman's perogative to be able to change her mind without any recrimination.

Oh Yes - Good Afternoon/Evening to You!!!

One more thing that would save me time in my obsession with Igor's list - If you could post that link in your signature then I wouldn't have to search out Mox every time I want to look. I always know where to find you

Of course I could learn to do it myself, but I have only so many brain cells and they seem to be occupied with other tasks.

Yes - I think everyone must receive that glazed look from their friends and acquaintances at least once through the visa process.

I just don't want to become one of those people who, every time you talk to them, has changed their life ambition; the type of people who sometimes you just want to say, 'make up your mind already!' to. Alex and I have many ideas but few of them are going to come to fruition. We've said we may be married in October or February. We may stay in San Jose or move to Oregon or Washington. I may try and get an architectural job or I may continue to pursue administrative/PA work. But you are right - I am certainly not alone, and I really am grateful to all of you for listening to me. You guys are fabulous!

Ah, my boss is bad. Bad! He's bought me a milk chocolate Lindt bunny!

It's funny how those that don't have to live Your life, seem to always have advice as to how You should live it. There is no reason for you to lock yourself into a singular track at this point in your life. One thing I find interesting here is how many people make decisions out of convenience (first job, first house, first marrige (ahem)) and are then suprised to find themselves stilted and unhappy later on. I can honestly say there is more value in taking the time to explore many options than to settle for simply pragmatic reasons. I have lived many different places in the US - Florida, California, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, New Mexico and there are advantages and disadvantages to each. There is a combination of career and location that is perfect for you - but until you get here and try them out, how are you to know?

As for the Igor link - thanks a ton, you've increased my productivity tremendously.

Haha! I don't blame you - but I do feel sorry for your daughter. ;)

My parents were determined to keep me from having chocolate. Nuh uh. Apparently when I was a toddler I saw a Kitkat on a plate at a café and I KNEW. I had to have it and they couldn't persuade me otherwise. Since then my parents have determined that I have a sixth sense for sniffing out any chocolate in the vicinity.

LMAO see I was opposite....I pretty much did not care for chocolate or really any candy until after my daughter was born almost 6 years ago! Since then I do LOVE me some chocolate! She is kinda the same as I was as a child soooo the Easter Bunny knew that Mommy would most likely want the bunny more than my daughter would  heh heh....

Gosh I wish a ton more CSC people would get approved this week and next!!! Want to see those numbers on the stats page rise to the 20's or even better yet 40's a week! Don't they know how crazy this makes us all waiting? haha....

I have some days where it all seems to be going so fast then others when I think about the last time I was able to put my face in my mans neck and just snuggle in etc....and that is when it gets so hard! Miss him soooo much.
