hello guys :)

I know i know I don't come often ... but

I feel just highly depressed now.

You know I was pretty sure to got our approval in something like 120 days... It looks like it will be not before 3 or 4 weeks from now if all is ok.

It's hard, just so hard.

I'm crying so often ... I even don't understand how i still have tears.

Just wanted to say hello to you all and congrats to all new approvals.

Hugs and kisses (more of them for Sunny)

Yoko

Hi miss Yoko!!

It is good to hear from you!!!but I am sorry that you're having a hard time with the wait!

We all know it is hard, and you have the right to feel that way.

I hope there would be something I could do! Your turn is going to be here soon.....and then, it will go incredily fast!

Those couple of weeks, or 3 will be hard, but then before you realise it, you will be with Richard!

CSC is playing with our feelings for sure...

Stay strong Miss Yoko!

I have all my thoughts for you and sunny!! :star:

And I wanted to do it like you: have only one wedding, but he managed to make me change my mind. Having the ceremony later means we can spend more time planning everything, and people who have to fly to come will have more time to book plane tickets. It is still going to be a small wedding though. But I want to make the courthouse wedding special. Not just 2 minutes signing the paper and then it's over. I just don't know how it's going to be yet :P

I want him to see it soon :)

I bet!!!!! :P so am I !!! :D

but if there is a long train, I see your point!! not so easy to wear that for the courthouse!

maybe a cute little dress! one of my sister found a so cute dress for her wedding! (she wanted to be able to wear it after!)

It was so cute on her, and now she is wearing it at summer time! ;)

That could be a solution, and then it is will be still a total surprise to everybody on your ceremony later with your "real" wedding dress! ;)

This is a lovely dress!! you look beautiful!

I didn't take any pictures of my dress, maybe I will when I get it next time. I won't post them online (just in case Bryan comes to read this, even though I doubt he will) but if I do take pics, I'll send them to you.

Happy engagement anniversary Gaye!

If you want to have your dress done in the Philippines, you'd better do it soon since you will leave in two months. How long does it usually take to have it done?

Thank you cez, it is also Ricky's birthday today, we just finished talking online :luv: .

It depend on the design, if there will be lots of details--embroidery and beads-- then it might take 2months to 3months... i am looking for a design with the least embroidery or beads designs. I have alredy checked more than half of the gown designs in theknots and have saved some pics already.. well i have been saving and deleting gown designs for almost a year now :(...

the first half of our engagement year was spent planning for a wedding in the philippines.. then january we decided to just go for K1 so it has been a complete shift of plan. Although it will still be outdoors, the different climate is a very huge consideration.

Nice looking dress Pam!

Having the ceremony later means we can spend more time planning everything, and people who have to fly to come will have more time to book plane tickets.

Exactly the one of the reasons why we wont do it right away but will have two weddings as well ^^

Then stop checking new ones and select what you want from the pics you have already saved! :P Someone once told me that the more dresses you try/look at, the harder it is to choose one.

Happy birthday to Ricky!

Alex&Rachel - we also read that the petitioner can email the embassy and request a specific date. You could always try that. How were you planning to work it out with a wedding date in December? Were you waiting to use the visa until late September anyhow? You could always do a registry wedding right away and do the real one later...although I'm sure you've thought about that already.

Yes, I am waiting to use the visa until October/November - so I am not in a huge hurry. :) I'd prefer an interview asap just to get it out of the way, but I have no real reason other than that for wanting it soon. ;)

Parents, etc., have nixed the whole two celebrations idea. Anyway, I would not have known when to celebrate my marriage; on our actual wedding day, or on the day we chose to celebrate with family? In the long run having the one ceremony will be for the best; although I'm a little sad that I couldn't do it on a day with more meaning (we're having it on a Saturday for everyone else's convenience!).

Praise God!!!! dated June 25 on the mail frm the USCIS that my fiance received - APPROVED!!!! and yeah, no email too! i think uscis are back doing the mysterious touches

the waiting from the USCIS is finally over! were continuously praying that the rest of the processing will just flow smoothly and wont take long...

hi NVC

sunny...i have a feeling that urs will come soon. kip the faith. our fingers are crossed for you

Congratulations!   Oh, it's so good to see people still being approved. Hope they hurry up with sunny's approval now!

*HUGE hugs*

I am sorry it is so hard for you...I really do hope that you receive your NoA2.

I would love to see other pictures if anybody have already their dress too......what about you Cécile? :)

Aw, that's a lovely dress! But an even lovelier person wearing the dress...the style suits you very well; not many people could pull that style off, but you do, beautifully!

it is exactly one year today since Ricky proposed and we got engaged and until now i have not made up my mind on the wedding gown design  . It is good that you guys have the dress already. i really need to have a design this week if i am to have it done here before i leave.

Happy engagement anniversary!

I haven't a clue as to what I'm going to wear either. I think having the wedding in the cabana spells 'casual'. I'm a bit scared of going for white; afraid I'll look gargantuan. I'm thinking maybe blue, since blue's a traditional/lucky colour to wear to a wedding. I'd like something with long sleeves. At the moment though this is all a moot point as I can't afford a dress.
