At the same time, I also remember people saying it took almost a month for their case to reach NVC after NOA2. that's probably going to be the case for you. Apparently you are not the only one who was approved at the end of May and who is still waiting for NVC to get the petition, so that probably means they sent them late.

you nail it there, if thats the reason then...why other can wait, i can wait too, that helps me a lot to understand, better....so far i see only 2 case here that have NOA2 and dont have their case yet, the rest.....waiting for for their GRANDSLAM....

What's up everyone!! My name is Justin and my fiance, Valerie, and I just now have come across this forum! Unreal, huh? I can't believe it took us this long to find it! It's nice to know that there is so much support out there from people who are experiencing the same "torture" as us! We submitted our I-129 in January, and received our NOA 1 on January 18, but are still waiting for our NOA 2!! It's so nerve wrecking to see so many being able to take that next step in their journey, while we along with some of you, still hang out in the dust!! We are so happy for those who have received their approval and we look forward to joining you hopefully sooner than later!

Hello Justin, I'm glad you could join us. You're right, this forum is a life saver. I'm hoping that you receive your approval soon. We all need to move to a higher plane of existence - namely the NVC.

NOA 2 APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

so haaaappy!!!!Damon was in Boston for two weeks visiting family, and also for work, when he got back to Denver last night, he called me immediatly to tell me the great news! noa 2 in the mail box!!!

it says we got it on June 2nd and was sent from California on June 6th, and we don't know when it's arrived in the mail box...

but on the uscis website it still says "case received and pending".... :huh:

Congratulations - I've been off for a few days, and happy to see such good news! :thumbs:

I'll fix up the new list tonight and post it - been a bit busy lately..... damn brits

Just for an update, i just called USCIS and i ask about my case, the lady that i talk too jsut told me to call NVC, they ddnt give me any hint when or they already forwarded my case in NVC, but shes nice and accomodating....still :( here...

yes i did call that number, i call this morning my time here in Philippines, i call like 11:30 am here which is its 11:30 pm in nvc......it took me only like 4 minutes to get hold the operator, just patience......and of course money...waaaaa....expensive calling international and make me wait.....

Hmm guys... something weird just happened :S

Nothing bad... on the contrary.. I just got home and found a brown envelope in my mailbox from the consulate containing package 3 aka the information package :S

I don't get it, Michelle called NVC yesterday and they told it was sent to Amsterdam on the 16th... the envelope is stamped at the 18th..

I guess I've been totally off with the DHL but I still don't quite get it :S

Oh well, guess it doesn't matter as the most important is the envelop itself :D Imma check the DHL site again now tho coz I wanna know the real dates lol

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

Hmm.. now I really don't understand it anymore.. :S

NVC said the following:

Received June 12th

Sent June 16th

between today and June 10th there is only 1 package sent to Amsterdam, which had EXP 16 JUN 2008A as reference number, it was picked up on the 17th and it arrived today...

Then how can I already have package 3 (which has a postalstamp at the 18th of June and was delivered today)? :wacko:
