hello cecile and bryan, its tough question thoug..i talk to some of my friends like me January filer too, same timelime, and they have their manila number like 1 week or 2 weeks since they got their NOA2, right now they have already schedule for their interview and medical, thats why im wonderin too coz its been almost 3 weeks i dont have my manila case number yet, i call NVC today and they said they ddnt have our application yet..hmmmm...its unfair for me coz mostly my friends had their manila case number already..im still waiting...ill tell you soon i can have my manila case number..

so maybe it depends case to case....not sure...im sad actually today knowing NVC hasnt our case yet....but i hope soon.....Goodluck..like you im excited to be with my baby....

What's up everyone!! My name is Justin and my fiance, Valerie, and I just now have come across this forum! Unreal, huh? I can't believe it took us this long to find it! It's nice to know that there is so much support out there from people who are experiencing the same "torture" as us! We submitted our I-129 in January, and received our NOA 1 on January 18, but are still waiting for our NOA 2!! It's so nerve wrecking to see so many being able to take that next step in their journey, while we along with some of you, still hang out in the dust!! We are so happy for those who have received their approval and we look forward to joining you hopefully sooner than later!

Welcome Justin! I hope you receive your NoA2 soon. And it really isn't fair - if only we could force CSC to approve people in chronological order!

USCIS processings are quite random. they don't approve petitions in chronological order, I wouldn't be surprised if they waited longer to forward some petitions to NVC. But I would still call USCIS, to know if they really forwarded it or not, and when. I don't want to scare you, but I have read about people whose case was lost by the post office between USCIS and NVC.

I hope NOT!!!! whewww....amazing ordeal for us....i will try to call uscis then, maybe today, but uscis says, they already forwarded our case in NVC last May 29.....hmmmm.....nvc where are you?...

why dont we ask for Igors list to make a table for after NOA2 received, and timeline we got out case number....??? that may sound helpfull...
