N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

hhhoooorraayyy!!!!! we got our NOA1 by mail on the 30th of january so its quite close to the date when USA1138 got theirs! and their application will also be going to manila like mine!

well im just trying to get some positive vibes with it..trying to compare,, :lol:

Jan 2008 - application was sent back to us due to mis sent to Chicago instead of California

Jan - sent application

Jun 27 - NOA2 by the mailbox!!! (found out that d 2nd touch was d approval..sweet!)

Jul 3 - NVC sent letter to petitioner

Jul 15 - confirmation letter received (tnk u my dear DHL)

Jul 17- 1st day - medical exam SLEC (on hold and waiting for it to be done successfully) July 31- PASSED!

Aug 28 - USEM interview date! (eto' na!) - PASSED - PINK SLIP ONLY!

Sept 26 - PAL departure - MNL-LAX

NOV 23 - Church wedding

AOS

Jan 30 2009 - AOS with EAD and AP submitted to Chi, IL

Feb 4 - check cleared

Feb 10 - AOS, EAD, AP NOA1 received!

Feb 19 - Biometric appointment letter received

Feb 28 - Biometrics schedule

Mar 28 - AP and interview invitation received by mail

Apr 2 - EAD card recieved

May 15 - Interview Schedule - APPROVED!

Jun 25 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED ON MAIL Dated June 16

This must be good news!!! There are finally back to work, people from the second half of January, this is your turn now! :thumbs:

OMG you guys ok I am seriously shaking of nervousness and excitement over here over this piece of paper! I want ours soooo bad I can taste it!!! PLEASE oh Lord sweet sweet LORD let us be getting ours within next week or two!!! We soooo need this happiness!

Ok was just looking at USCIS online and it says in my portfolio thing as "On January 18th we received your petition for...." sooooo we sent it on the 17th but they have they received it on the 18th but then on my printed one it is dated the 22nd and then of course we got a touch on 27th as they loaded it into a dusty box....buttttt what I was wondering is if I have my timeline accuratley filled out on here?

got this e-mail response today from CRIS:

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On May 27, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

So apparently they are working on it again! Fingers are crossed here that everything is a-okay and no more RFE's to slow anyone else down and NOA-2 quickly on the way!

LOL well just waking up here haha! Not even 7:30 am so yup it is the NOA2 I am tasting.....hmmm hint of paper and lots of dust.....gosh hope I come home to that thing in my post box this WEEK!!!

Ok now I am wigging out gathering stuff and you think I can find receipt for wedding banquet room? Of course not! LOL...so emailed the lady to hopefully get another copy of that!

Ooh I am gonna be sneaking on igors list and here all day at work I reckon just to see if any more approvals pop up haha! Good luck all!!!
