lol, I usually don't hear the 't' (or 'd' but pronounced as a 't') in several words with the British... words like 'gutter', 'allowed', 'mate' and so such usually miss the 't' in the pronouncation lol

I drop a LOT of mid-word consonants and get made fun of for it constantly. (I'm the USC...so I really have no excuse other than being third generation USC...I think it is a remnant :) ).

Pam - Alex says the letter says that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate visa-issuing post, which he has taken to mean the London embassy. Date on the letter is the 19th. :)

I <3 Skype...don't know how I would get through this without it. I'm trying to keep busy. I find myself doing better when I try to just go on with my life as normal.

hi rachel! did u call NVC after getting your NOA2? and what letter are u telling about?

Hi Shes!

When you get your NOA2, you have to wait 2 weeks before you can call NVC, and see if they received your petition.

The phone number is 603-334-0700.You have to talk to an agent, because the automated message doesn't take care of K-1 visas.

Or, you can just wait and see. Your fiancé will receive a paper from NVC, saying when they received your petition, and also give you a new case number your foreign embassy will use.

Once you have that paper, they said your case should be to your appropriate embassy within a week.

Then, you just need to wait to received the packet 3 from your embassy.

For other info don't hesitate to go the guides, or the K1 Flowchart. It usually gives you a good idea of the all process! :star:

lol, they didn't get approved yesterday, they just updated their timelines because of the NVC arrivals and such ;)

Happy Sunday all! I already got up did some wii fit (hey at least my wii age has gone from 41 to 31 past couple of days hahah even though I am not even 30 yet! SIGH).

Going to start on the mountain of laundry I need to take care of. Gareth is going out for the day with friends so this means no excuses on me getting stuff done haha!

Then Gabby and I will head to store and come home and make a chicken and bacon pasta salad up to bring to the cookout we are attending tonight. Gabby already has it in her mind we will buy a bubble machine for her to play with there so I know what I will be wasting some money on hahaha KIDS!!! I have to admit they are pretty cool though ;)

Chat later!!!
