Wow i have never seen the INS move so fast , already have my biometrics, appoinment is 3-10-08

Alot faster then my frist go around with them...

I do wish that everyone else that is waiting that they do hear something real soon...

AOS & EAD

Mailed Sept 20th 2005 ( EAD & AOS )

Chicago recieved packet Sept 22nd ( the day my I-94 expired )

Sept 29th 2005 NOA 1 ( AOS & EAD ) Recipet date Sept 27th

Oct 1st 2005 touched ( AOS & EAD )

Dec 12 th 2005 touched ( EAD)

Dec. 29th 2005 touched ( EAD)

Jan 27th 2006 inforpass Had Biomterics for EAD & AOS

Jan 27th 2006 EAD & AOS touched

Feb 3rd 2006 EAD Approved

Fed 6th 2006 recieved EAD

Feb 10th 2006 recieved interview letter for AOS

April 17th 2006 AOS Interview 12:30

April 17th 2006 AOS Approved

April 21st 2006 Received Welcome Letter

April 27th 2006 Greencard in my hands!!!!

Lifting of conditions April 2008...

Removal of Conditions

Feb 6th 2008 mailed packet off

Feb 14th check cashed Saw that it was transfered to Californa ( Mailed to Nebraska )

Feb 16th got reciept letter in the mail with one year extension Receipt date Feb 11 2008

Feb 28th recieved Boimetrics appoinment

March 10th Boimetrics at 12 noon

March 10th 2008 Touched

March 13th 2008 Touched

May 15th Recieved e-mail 10 year Card Ordered!!!!

Done for 10 years!! Have not decided if i will become a citizen lots of time to think about that...

May 21st 10 year greencard in my hands!!!

Most of us had our biometrics within a couple of months of filing... now just waiting for approval.

Sept 10, 2001... Arrived in US (J1)

Sept 2002... AOS (J1 to F1)

March 2003...AOS Approved

May 2003... Flew to SA. Reapplied for F1. RFE and Finally Approved. 2 year F1 visa in Passport.

Jan 21 2004... Married in Chicago

Aug 2004... Applied for AOS, Petition for spouse and EAD

Feb 2005... Joshua, our little cutie pie is born on SuperBowl Sunday

May 2005... EAD Approved

Dec 17 2005... AOS & Petition approved (2 year green-card received)

Aug 4 2007... Mailed in I-751 = $275 (remove conditions)

Aug 31 2007... Everything returned, filed too early, wrong fee

Sept 17 2007 Refiled to NSC

Sept 18 2007... Delivered by DHL to NSC

Oct 10 2007... Received at CSC

Oct 15 2007... Check cashed, transfered to CSC

Oct 15 2007... Received 1st notice with application number and 1 year extension. Notice Dated 9/19/07

Nov 1 2007... tried walk-in biometrics, refused

Nov 8 2007...Biometrics completed. Staff at Naperville ASC were great!

Nov 9 2007... Last touch

March 7 2008... Card production ordered!!!!!!!! 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days

March 12 2008... Case Status: Approval notice sent

March 15 2008...Green card received in mail...so done with USCIS done for a few years!!!!!! :)

yup, we had biometrics about 1 1/2 months agter NOA, but we're still waiting, but since you've been transfered to CSC I'm sure you'll be finished before the moldy petittions from early last year that were sent to NSC are even looked at.

That's fast!!! I sent mine feb.08 and they got it feb. 11 receieved it, Cash check feb.21 now still waiting for my NOA1!
