Do I (USC) need to send my fiancee two 2x2 photos?

1) Affidavit of Support notarized with tax returns 2007 and 2006 (USC)

2) Affidavit of Support notarized with last year tax return (dad is co-sponsor, included color copy of his passport and birth certificate)

3) DS-156 and DS-156K, dual copies

4) NOA 2 color copy, double sided (printed on both sides of 1 piece of paper)

5) My original birth certificate and a copy

6) My intent to marry signed and dated

7) Her intent to marry (unsigned)

8) Very well put together proof of ongoing relationship (7-8 photos and a letter from my travel agent listing the 10 times I have visited her in the past 2 years with receipts included)

9) Six identical 2x2 photos of her from mid December 2007

10) The original I-129F submission

Do I need to include to her two 2x2 photos of myself or is that unnecessary? (I am getting mixed answers)

2 things I noticed that I didn't see are the letter from employer and recent years W-2's. I suppose these would be from you and/or your dad. You may want to throw a copy of your passport with the stamps of your travel if this has changed since you sent in your original 129F.

Letter of employment from petitioner and from co-sponsor are needed. The beneficiary must bring a birth certificate too and vigent passport. You don't need to send photos 2x2 from yourself, only from beneficiary the photos are needed.

Does the letter from the petitioner's employer have to be sealed, on company letterhead, recent? Wouldn't recent pay stubs prove that you still have a job?

What about form DS-230 (Part I)? We have to complete it as part of packet III.
