AOS question

Hi I have a question...hope someone can answer ...

For the Fiance visa they say we have 90 days to get married... what if u get married on the 89 th day does the aos have to be submitted within the 90 days!? im a lil confused about that ..

So my question is if we get marreid on the 89th day and we send the application after that would that be OK?!

we are trying to make plans and set dates and we wanna make sure abt everything

Hi,

You have to get married within 90 days, but you don't need to submit AOS within 90 days, you can submit later. Only is important to get married within 90 days!!!!

So don't worry :-)

You can submit AOS anytime after you are married, doesn't have to be within the 90days. The sooner the better, but no set time limit on when to submit AOS.
