Hillary will drop out after March 4 primary not because she wants to but because of being pressured by other Democrats including her husband.

What are you, in bed with them?

Wait, that presumes they sleep together. My bad.

I want Clinton to drop out right after March 4. Take a look at my edited post where I explained more about my reasonings.

Still will not happen. She will steal it if she has to. Hillary thinks she is entitled to be president. She can't understand how us ignorant woman haters can't see that. She will force herself on us if she has to. Thank God that McCain will beat her in the general election.

Don't be so confident about McCain beating Hillary, if she is the nominee. But if she fails to win in both OH and TX on March 4, she will have no choice but to concede. It will be impossible for her mathematically to win the nomination, should it be the case. Iraq war and economy will be the two biggest issues for this election. So I would not be confident that McCain will beat the Dem nominee.

It's not impossible for her mathematically. There's lots of uncommitted superdelegates, even if she narrowly loses the primaries. The question is at what point does it become political suicide for her to continue to push it.

Your argument makes sense and I do recall Bill Clinton saying it's over for her if she doesn't win those two states. I'd say take Gary up on the offer to bet on it. I won't bet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed something positive happens.

Just not true. Right now neither one of them can win it outright. (getting 2025 delegates) so it must go the the convention. After the first round of voting if there isn't a winner all delegates are free to vote for whom they want to. At that point Hillary will steal it.

Now this part is just my opinion. When Hillary steals the nomination it will take the wind out of the dems sails. The die hard Obama supporters will not support Hillary. Because of that McCain will win.

Well, if Hillary drops out after March 4, then there will be only one candidate. Let's wait and see what happens on March 4. But I think, Hillary will drop out. Just my opinion.

I am a Democrat and a die hard Obama supporter, but if Hillary is the nominee, I will vote for her. I am involved with the Party and definitely in touch with many Obama and Hillary supporters. They all say at the end, they will work hard for the nominee regardless of who it is, Hillary or Obama. I do have great respect for McCain, but I think, Iraq war and economy issues may work against him.

Its pretty obvious,McCain already smacked down Obama yesterday.

You always want confrontation. Open up another thread, if you want to talk about "McCain's smacking down Obama."

Bu the way, Obama replied McCain and since then McCain has been quiet.

This thread is about Obama-Hillary poll numbers for March 4 primary. Go ahead and start a new thread, if you want to hear what others have to say about what McCain said about Obama.

Wow! Texas was one of Sen. Clinton's strongeholds. Even in Ohio, her lead has dwindled.

Short of Obama having some major lopsided victories, this is going to go all the way to the Convention unless some promininant Party members can convince Hillary to bow out (if she loses Texas).

Hillary bow out? Not likely. What is likely is she will find some underhanded way to steal the election.

Well, for her it's not really stealing it. She's just making things "right". After all, in her view, Obama refuses to wait his turn and she won't put up with his insolence.
