Nothing for CR-1 IR-1 visa needs to be notarized.

DS-230 part 2 needs to be signed at the interview, it clearly says "Do not write below this line" on page 4

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Ok, that's good to know. After reading some other posts, I saw some people getting the I-864 notarized.

Ok, that's good to know. After reading some other posts, I saw some people getting the I-864 notarized.

Only thing needing notarization is I-134 used for K-Visas, I-864 has no place to notarize, and does not need to be notarized.

From DOS:

Are the Affidavit of Support forms required to be notarized?

No. The sponsor just has to sign the form. You should know however, when the sponsor signs an Affidavit of Support form, he/she certifies that the information provided, transcript and/or photocopy of tax documentation is true and correct, under penalty of perjury.

You may want to read the document I linked, especialy the parts about IRS returns and US Domicile.

US Domicile can be an issue for many who file DCF, some people when moving overseas to live tend to give up US domicile. US domicile is required for the I-864
