Going with/without my fiancee to the US embassy in KIev

I'm Alex. Just curious....... If happens to attend the US embassy in Kiev on my own (K-1) would I be granted a visa or rejected. Please help me, maybe someone knows something about this or went through that. Thank you in advance. Good luck to You all.

Not sure how it works in Ukraine but in Mexico the USC is not allowed inside the US embassy so it is not necessary for the USC to be present. Good luck.

I don't think it'll work. At least try to go there together. I saw at the embassy men come with there fiancees. But your fiancee should be there, they're looking for giving visa to HER not to you. Maybe try and call the embassy itself and ask that question, I think you'll have to give them a good explanation. Good luck to you!!!

My wife went by herself... She was asked NO questions.... As long as all your documentation is in order you will not have a problem..... Kyiv is a decent consulate to work with compared to others around the world. I know local stories might be diferent but everyone I have heard from indicates nothing but good things....

I think it would be nice to acompany your fiance/e during the interview and that if you are allowed to get in with him/her but I dont think it gurantees you a visa approval.
