My husband and I are currently living overseas and working on a US military base. I am the civilian sponsor/US citizen. It is time for us to file the I-751 but the military legal office has been little help. We talked to the USCIS in Rome and they said we had to file with the Service Center back in the States (Nebraska). But if we are living overseas, how will we be able to conduct an interview in the States? Will they really make us go all the way back to Ohio for an interview? If anyone has experience with this type of situation please respond.

Thanks.
