Police Clearance for every place where one lived?

Aside from the NBI clearance, most of those who had gone through interviews suggested to secure Police Clearance (PC) as well. If I had stayed and lived 3 to 4 cities, do I need get PC for each city?

For my case, I have lived 2 cities, including where I am now.

you dont need to have a local police clearance, but if you been out of the country and stayed 6 months or more then you need to get a Police Clearance (from the country you stayed in) during my interview the pre-screener asked me if i've been out of the country for more than 6 months and i've never been so she just asked me to give to her the NBI.

You only need NBI clearance but if u worked 6 months and so at a foreign country u need to get police clearance abroad...goodluck!
