Hi,

We filed our K-1 petition last November 2007, never received our NOA1 in mail but the check was encashed in December 2007 that's why I was able to signed up in USCIS website. First and last touch, so far, was in December 26, 2007. The waiting is killing me and my fiance, all we want is to start our own family soon. Being away from each other is very difficult...I know you all know what I am talking about. :( Anyway, according to our lawyer we might get our NOA2 by the end of this month or early part of April. I am really hoping!!! AJ&Patrick

Hi AJ & Patrick! We truly understand what you feel because we are in the same boat. CSC are already approving October filers, therefore, we are next in line. We hope and pray to get our approval end of March or early April. Just hang in there, our time will come soon enough.

Looks like more than half of the Oct Filers are already approved...probably late this month or early april we will finally see some November filers with NOA2...Keep your hopes up everybody!

08/18/2008 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD

09/05/2008 - Biometrics

11/15/2008 - EAD Card Recieved

12/15/2008 - NOA for AOS interview recived

01/27/2009 - Interview Passed - Conditional Permanent Residence Established.

02/09/2009 - GREENCARD RECEIVED ~~~ YIPEE!!!

Lifting Condition after 21 months will file I-751 (Oct 2010)..So see ya soon.

05/12/2008 - Interview Appointment- May 12, 2008 at 7:30am - PASSED!

05/16/2008 - Visa Recieved!

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!! That was about 120 days!!! It gives me hope that CSC is getting caught up with back-log of petitions and mahal ko will be here sooner than anticipated. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!!!!

January 17,2008 - Touched

February 17,2008 - Touched

March 13, 2008- Touched again!

March 16,2008- Received NOA2 via email

March 19,2008- Left NVC, received case number. On its way to the USE in Manila

March 27,2008- Paperwork received at the embassy in Manila

May 7, 2008- Medical review at St. Luke. Additional tests required.

May 29, 2008- Interview postponed :(

July 23, 2008 - Finished Medical at St. Luke

July 28, 2008 - Interviewed at US Embassy
