NVC Message on Choice/AOS Is Unclear -- Please Clarify

We emailed our Choice of Agent to NVC and we got a response saying that they received it. This response was received via email. When I call the phone line to check on the status of our case, the message says "We received the Choice of Agent form" for this case. Please allow 2 weeks to receive papers, etc.

At no time did the email or the phone message say anything about our AOS bill. Will they send that separately or am I to assume that they also did that the same time they accepted our Choice of Agent.

FYI -- I sent the email before I got the recording saying that they had mailed the Choice of Agent forms.

Please advise. What should I do?

Can you actually do that? My case status on NVC's Automated system still says "...This case was entered in the NVC computer system on _______. The case number assignned by the NVC is (Case #). Please allow 6-8 week from this date for the beneficiary to receive the documents." Can I have my wife still email them the Choice of Agent?
