Has there ever been a time when a separate processing timeframe

for I-129F/K3 was displayed or was it always included in the K-1/K-2

category? Assuming of course that K-3 is included in the K-1/K-2.

I doubt it was ever a case but I'm not sure.

Certainly not on July 07 and after on.

My husband wrote to the USCIS a letter in November 07 asking besides many other things when, if ever, it will be published.

Never got answer.

When we applied about this time last year, there was a separate K3 category. It disappeared a couple months later...no idea why. Maybe they were embarassed to show how much behind the other visa types it was.

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!
