I have a question... what does this (what I've highlighted in bold) mean?

On February 27, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service.

March 6, 2007 - I-129F package sent

March 21, 2007 - I-129F NOA2

October 17, 2007 - K1 interview - approved

October 19, 2007 - K1 arrived in mail

October 21, 2007 - US entry

October 23, 2007 - Wedding day

November 27, 2007 - AOS, EAD, AP package sent

December 7, 2007 - Received all 3 NOA's for AOS, AP & EAD

December 10, 2007 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

January 2, 2008 - I-485 transferred to California

January 3, 2008 - Biometrics

January 16, 2008 - RFE for I-485

January 22, 2008 - RFE for I-485 arrived

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

Yeah, that kinda scare me a bit when i got that in the email. The next day, i got a different email same like yours. Card is in the production. Can't wait until seeing and holding that (PINK) Green Card in hand. :) Next step is DMV time for California ID. :)

Yeah, for us we are going to head to social security soon to get my real new name on there, since my card is in my maiden name! The lady wouldn't give it in my new name because for some reason she thought it would cause problems... I don't think she was right but oh well! And get the work statement removed! DMV for ID as well. :)

Aslong you have the green card on hand, then it will be easy to make any change to your Paper work. For our case, we applied for CA ID for my wife since May 07. We still get nothing from the DMV. Last time, we came in to the DMV, they said they have to cleared it with the FBI first before they issue an ID to us. I guess, we will have to make another trip to the DMV when we get the Green Card in hand. After this processs, we will be worried free for another 2 yrs. ;)
