I am wondering if any of you had delays in your K-1 application because checked yes in the response to question 19 of the I129 form

19. Did you meet your fiancé(e) or spouse through the services of an international marriage broker?

I believe I checked yes to that and provided the info for the dating site we used to meet each other even though the site we used in not considered IMB. This did not delay us what so ever, the petition flew through VSC in less than one month, that was at a time when many were feeling the pain of IMBRA RFEs just after the law went into effect, our I-129F was just after they added IMBRA questions.

A true IMB is a service that actively matches people for a fee.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
