Hi guys,

I was just wondering if any of you can shed some light....

My husband's cosponsor has sent everything to us now, but she did not include tax returns copies from year 2004, she has sent us copies of 2003 with W2 and 2005. I am unsure if by explaining to the Embassy that these have gone missing will be enough... Or do I NEED to get it?

Thanks for your help!

I realised that, but she has to submit a form, and we have already notified the Embassy that we are ready for the interview. I fear that they will not get in on time that is why I am asking....

Ana,

don't use the form; your Joint Sponsor can *call* the IRS for the transcripts and will likely have them delivered to her inside of a week.

It's always worked well for me--skip the form! :)

For a fee you can get it in 1 - 2 business days from accuverify, transcript is emailed to you pdf format.
