AOS question for K3

in i485 form (k3 visa applying for AOS):

1) what is A#?

is this the "A" number from i130 noa2?

is this the "A" number from i129f noa2?

2) my wife has k3 visa. she has her medical done in india to get k3 visa. only thing we have is vaccination documentation worksheet and x-ray.

do i need to fill out i693 form?

A number (Alien Registration Number) is from the green card. You can find it out from the green card, there is a 9-digit number followed by letter A. Example: A 123456789

I am not sure about filling out I693 form. What does the instruction say?
