I just bought some lamb chops (they're so teensy weensy :( ) and need a recipe for them. I can't use breadcrumbs. Anyone have a good quick one? :help:

**IF** you want to do a "breaded" lamb chop, fiber one cereal crush up makes a wonderful substitute and everybody could use a little extra fiber, right?

yeah but I don't have any and I'm not leaving the house. lol. I have every herb imaginable, eggs, lemons, various cheeses, olive oil, vinegar...that's all I can think of. Maybe I"ll just broil them and eat them plain. Rachel Ray has a dipping sauce but it calls for fresh mint leaves which is the one thing i don't have. I have the kind in the spice rack but I never remember how much dried spice to substitute for the fresh ones.

I usually just rub them with some salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, and turmeric and then broil them.

Kelly, I say dOg, pronounced "dee-OHH-jee" ... I had a neighbor that had a police dog with that name and I fell in love with it. I always said that if I had a male dog, that is what I would name it. heheh I even had a cat named cAt, pronounced "see-AY-tee" in rememberance of dOg coz I never did get a male dog. lol

I have so far stayed away from the FLU alhamdulillah! I've been battling massive migraines and nausea so i guess its an even trade huh?

I dont' know about the camels but reading that made me remember that the female praying manthis eat's the head of the male praying manthis after having sex with him. Today I think that particular insect is very insightful.
