When my fiancee goes for her interview will they ask her for any documents that we mailed to the USIC to gain approval or does the embassy already have copies of these documents?

She has all my tax; financial and employment information along with her forms.

My Attorney handled it up to this point but now has been silent (more about that later when this is over) and has not finished what he stated he would,,,,maybe "yet" to his benefit. However we are one week away from the interview and I now need to double check for ourselves.

Hope we are ready!

Thanks

If you read the guides section it states to send a copy of all USCIS forms. The consular officer may or may not request any of these documents.

I gave my fiance copies of everything I sent with the petition, which she brought to the interview, just in case. She did not offer and they did not request any of this info.

However, they were consistant and asked for proof of an establsihed relationship prior to the petition being filed. She gave them the copies of the pictures I provided with the petition.

Hope this helps and good luck
