When am I going to get my permanent resident card?

Today I got my biometrics, they didn't give me any receipt so I can't prove that I was there. Isn't strange?

When and where can I expect to have my interview and the permanent resident card?

Nope, they don't give you anything at the biometrics. When you will have the interview varies by local. Go to the timelines above and enter your local office (when you find out which one, or use your best guess) and you can see average wait times for the interview. After you have the interview, most people get their green card within a month.

I am not sure how they do it where you are at, but in atlanta they write or either stamp on the receipt from them that you brought with you, which of course, they give it back to you as proof

USCIS will then send you another NOA for interview sched.
