hey, according to the VJ's example form in question

"Husband or Wife (If none,so state.)" and "Former Husbands or Wives (If none, so state)"

I should put "none" and then N/A to all the follow-ups. I just want to make sure that I should put "none" and not "single" - because it says "(If none,so state.)"

and one more silly question - is it okay to fold in half these documents?

Mine is still pending, so I don't know if I did it right, but I put "none" in those boxes. As for folding them...I sent mine all flat, the packet was thick enough without folding stuff. I would send it flat, it isn't too much more expensive. I sent mine priority mail with delivery confirmation and it cost about $7. I took it into the post office on Saturday and it arrived on Monday.

See my timeline for my K-1 and AOS/EAD/AP details.

I put None and left the following spots blank as in the example. (going on the assumption that the person going over the application would have the common sense that if you answer "none" the rest of the questions would automatically not apply)

Probably not a good idea to fold the forms, I sent mine flat.
