We had a USEM Field Visit.

Yesterday my fiance received a phone call from a representative of the USEM, indicating he is ten minutes away and can she provide exact directions to her apartment.

He appeared shortly thereafter and stated she is missing a document from her paperwork. Puzzled and very nervous my fiance asked what can it be and he replied, "Your CFO stamp is missing from your passport and your going to need that, to use this visa!". You could have knocked her over with a feather.

I have an on-going reservation with a travel agent and had been changing it weekly since the 11th of February, so not to incur a re-booking fee. Yesterday was the last day to book for a March 5 flight. She's going to be on it...Thank God!

My fiance and I are surprised we have not heard from Delbros regarding the delivery and the USEM rep's reply was that he had been out since 7:00am, she lives 2 hours from Manila.

Not that I care how the visa arrived, as long as it did, but wondering why Delbros was not involved?

I submitted a change of address for my fiancee to the USE via email, about 20 days before the interview. Perhaps they were using this delivery attempt to verify if she actually lives there. This is the only expalnation I can think of.
