I'm pretty sure that is has to be an original since they require that it is on a company letter head sheet. As long as it is on an original Company letter head with an original signature you should have no problems with it.

Does this letter also have to include a name and phone nuber of an individual that may be contacted for verification. Can I include more than 1 name for verification? Unfortunately, I work for a company that doesn't have a very organized personnel department.

I submitted a copy
