Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to email the DS-3032 (choice of agent)? I want to do this immediately because it seems some have had success with it. I need NVC's email address, and the correct verbage to use etc... Can I send the email or does my foreign spouse have to send it? I received the NVC case number about two weeks ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Marc

First you need to find out whether NVC has generated DS 3032 (choice of agent) yet. The choice of agent email will be accepted only after DS 3032 has been generated. Your foreign alien spouse must email NVC, not you (the US Citizen).

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

How do i know when it has been generated? I call the automated system with my NVC case number and the only thing it tells me is "please allow 6-8 weeks for the beneficiary to receive notice"

Keep checking the automated system and you can also speak with an operator live. The automated system should say something like NVC has generated choice of agent and affidavit of support bill. They generate DS 3032 and AOS fee bill 2-4 weeks after they assign a case number.
