affadavit for interview

i just have a quick question....my affadavit is notarized on march 31,2006. will this be a valid enough time for the interview or should i get another one??Thanks!!

I assumed that a notarized document wouldn't expire as such as at the time it would have been viewed as a legal document and will remain so. Either way, I don't think you'd have a problem with that date.

Actually I just read information from a Secretary of State website that says the notarization is effective and valid and binding as long as the document it appears on remains effective and valid, (often for decades in some cases).

You should be fine
