i'm a little late---but i hope everyone enjoyed their tuesday..

my day was fine, i guess...no snow--just rain..yuck! so gloomy, makes me wanna stay in bed all day..unfortunately, i had a 9 am class and i thought i was running late, but i got there a few minutes early, [woohoo? ??...nope!] only to find out that my professor would be coming 30 minutes late...

so much work to do...got 2 exams coming up, a whole bunch of papers...and the list goes on....i just want this all to end!! i feel like a 5th grader--school totally sucks!!!! haha..

anyway, good night everyone!!!!!!

i would love to address everyone--but i'm tired...a few posts back, i also read caramel as camel... lol

Happy Tuesday everyone...okay typically I can put everything....(well just about everything) in a positive prespective....having a hard time w/this one...here i am dododo...waiting for the interview to be scheduled...as my fiance sent his paperwork almost 2 wks ago through DHL...well...the embassy calls him today....he calls me and says he has good news...well the embassy called to ? when he sent his papers...he said oh it means they are working on our case...okay so I am stuck on - - why do they need to know when you sent ur papers?? Don't they have them??!! So he travels to DHL in Alex...and low and behold on route there was a big accident w/many papers to be delivered..and Tarek's papers were still there!!!!!! They promised to deliver them tomorrow..and Tarek is going to call to be sure...and mean while back in my world I am One day I will laugh at this...just not today...ok ok so here is a whack at the positive...the embassy called him to see where his papers were....well thats a plus....they should have them tomorrow...and the embassy told Tarek they were gonig to call him tomorrow...so w/any luck it wont take another life time to get an interview......all in good time...right?!

other than that I am just peachy!! hahaha.....hope others are fairing better than I at the moment:) Melinda

Melinda I know you are frustrated....hang in there. As you said at least the embassy did call him to ask about the papers. Did he get the tracking number off the package? If so you can check the status on www.dhl.com I will continue praying for you a speedy interview.

We are coming up on our third week since our interview and still no visa But I called DOS yesterday and she said I had finished the security and name checks but Ahmed has not yet. We are praying it is not much longer.

However, realistically we know it could end up being months or longer of AP. Hope not though.

Keep your positive attitude Melinda. Remember that good feeling we were having. Iam here for you anytime.
