Hey Everyone I'm New to the forum. I'm studying right now in the philippines i'm almost done with my 3rd year and graduating next year and met my girlfriend now my fiance in school. me and my fiance are getting married this thursday just a simple civil wedding with family only and i was wondering if i were to fill out the I-130 application in April would i have a good chance of bring home my future wife with me when we graduate Next March? i always go home back to the states when school is over but i always comeback when school starts again. :help:

I think there's an excellent chance. File it as soon as you can.

Also, you "might" be able to do Direct Consular Filing. Look it up.

You have a good chance. File as soon as you can and Direct Consular Filing would be great, if you are eligible to do that. Remember, no can can guarantee you the exact timing.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
