medical expires on may 29,2008

Hi fellow VJers!can anyone help me about my case?my visa(k1) was approved n feb.6,2008. my medical will expire on may 29,2008.according to the US embassy, if i will not depart before may,29 i will undergo another medical and another visa application. im not sure if it's true. if i will tarvel to Us before my medical expire, can we still marry on jul.4?because that i our plan date of wedding. or do we need to get marry on or before my medical expires on may 29,2008?thanks.

Your signature states you had your medical at St. Lukes on 11.29.07, and it should be valid for 1 yr. I'm not sure how or why they gave you that werid May 29th date.

Anyway, it shouldn't even matter, as long as you have your K1 approved, and in your passport you are ready to travel. You have 6 months to leave on the K1. After your approved interview, the medical expiration date shouldn't matter with your travel date, or marriage date.

So you can still have your wedding on July 4th :)
