will my NOA date change now?

I got a REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE letter... the letter says that i did not provide citizenship proof of my co-sponsors who filed I-864A, and also that I the petitioner did not sign the I-1864A (I DID SIGN, AND I CHECKED LIKE 10 TIMES)

ANYHOW, once i send in the evidence will i receive a new notice of action date or will my case just start to process from there on.

You won't receive a new NOA. They'll just resume processing your case as soon as they get the right things. You need to provide a birth certificate for your cosponsor (that's a good citizenship proof).

Did they returned the I-1864A? Sign it again everywhere, make sure that none of the pages are missing from it (sometimes they get lots and it triggers a RFE).
