need some clarification

hi there....hope everybody here had a good weekend....i have some questions... please enlighten me...thanks

1. i got my i got my appointment dates already and i want to go for an early medical exam...my question is most of the check list i read on here what to bring on your medical is an "appointment letter"....i havent got my packet yet and just checked the USEM site thats why i got my appointment dates....do i need to wait for that appointment letter? or i can just print the one on the site?

2. what size of pictures will be needed for my medical? is it the same as the one we submitted along with the application?

3. can i pay the visa application even i dont have the packet yet?

4. can i just print the DS forms from the USCIS site and fill it out?

thats all for now....ill post again if i have some more clarification...

NO.. or i can just print the one on the site?YES!YOU CAN HAVE UR EARLY MEDICAL EXAM WITH APPOINTMENT YOU GOT FROM THE WEBSITE

1. YOu can print your appointment sched online or bring your NOA 2 with you for an early med.

2. it's 2x2. US passport photo. If you are not sure, there's a rush photo studio infront of SLEC and they do it in accordance to the specifications.

4. forms should be printed online for the barcodes.
