1. Check for $355

2. Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

3. Copy of US Citizen’s Full Birth Certificate

4. Copy of Intending Immigrants Birth Certificate

5. A certified copy of marriage certificate

6. G-325A filled out by the US Citizen

7. Passport Photo of Us Citizen

8. G-325A for foreign spouse

9. Passport photo of foreign spouse

10. Evidence of a Bona fide Marriage:
