TO CALL or NOT TO CALL?

I call about once a week.

They are usually nice.

On my last call, I mentioned again that I was planning on quiting my job to see my husband and the rep said, to "hold off for a few months" on the quiting. She said something cryptic like, "you're case is special, so I wouldn't leave your job for another few months."
