I am rooting for a tie in both states!!!! Go Clinton and Go Obama!!!

Why? Are you thinking this somehow weakens the candidacy for Democrats when they face McCain?

The emotional investments are HUGE on both sides, the losers will stay home for payback. Why? because most libs are vindictive haters.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Well good ol' Huck is still in the race!

If anything happens to McCain in the next few months (the "miracle" Huck's been talking about),

Huck will be the nominee.

P.S. Steven - does the empty post mean you're speechless?

She needs to win, by a significant margin, to keep going.

I disagree.

All she has to do is not quit, to keep going.

Disagree with you here. Obama's ahead in delegates now, and both states are proportional (for some value of proportional.) She needs to win decisively to be back in it. Otherwise she's trailing and while I'm sure she can try some shenanigans with superdelegates, I'm not sure she will if it isn't much, much closer.

If Obama wins, I think she drops out.

If they tie, he's still ahead in delegates and she has a decision to make.

If he loses, we get a few more weeks of this.

I don't see either side staying home, at least in not enough numbers to make a difference given that the megachurches aren't likely to be enthusiastic for McCain.

That's why I always check "NO" on my income tax form when they ask me to donate a dollar for campaign funds. Which one of you people checked the "yes" block and is keeping this guy going?

Well thank God we Democrats aren't going to be faced with having to throw support behind a candidate that really doesn't represent our Party's platform. ;)

Dems dont have a platform. I take that back, their platform is who can pander the most. I suppose you could call it the pandering platform. You could also throw in class envy and divisiveness too.

You're going to feel silly one day when you find out George Bush won because Ralph Nader was just barely able to pay for the one bumper sticker that enough people read on the back of someone's car on the way to the polls in Florida that caused enough people to vote for him instead of Al Gore causing him to lose and millions of more tons of Carbon dioxide to be released into the air.

I actually was a Green Party member in 2000 and voted for Nader. ;) I support public funds for elections. Although Howard Dean really started something novel when he was taking small donation via the internet. Any way to get big money away from Washington.

Poor Hillary

A cattle rancher, on his way home from work in texas,

came to a dead halt in traffic and thought

to himself, "Wow, this traffic seems worse than usual.

Nothing's even moving." He notices a police officer

walking back and forth between the lines of cars, so

he rolls down his window and asks, "Officer what's the

hold up?"

The officer replies, "Hillary Clinton is just so

depressed about all the united states making her the

butt of so many jokes, she stopped her motorcade in

the middle of the freeway and she's threatening to douse

herself in gasoline and set herself on fire. She says her

husband is running around on her more than ever and the

Democrats told her to forget about the presidency in 2008.

So we're taking up a collection for her."

The broker asks "Oh really? How much have you got so far?"

The officer replies "About 4-1/2 gallons, but a lot of folks

are still siphoning."

Frankly, I'm rooting for Obama.

I think this country, particularly the political neophytes, college students, and all the starry eyed naive following that he has, need to experience what "bad" really is, e.g. Jimmy Carter redux..........

It's shameful how the country predictably (by al queda) has demonstrated their shortsightedness and short term memory and turned on their own country. It’s déjà vu once again….It’s all America’s fault and a “flower child” such as Barack will lead us in the right direction…..sheesh!
