Hello All Yardies,

I have a few questions, my husband paid the Immigrant visa bill a few weeks ago, the info that he got from

NVC says $380 thats the amount he send (money order) he sent that the second week of february havnt heard anything from NVC yet, i was reading some info, and it says that the IV fee bill is $400 will they reject the IV bill that was sent? , if they do reject the fee that was sent, will it push the case a few months back, i definately cant take any delays,

hmm..unless the visa went up to $400..last i know it was till $380..if it is 400 u will get a letter asking for more money

I thought I read somewhere that it went up in fee.

I also thought I read where some people got their entire fee back and asked to submit the correct amount.

Just can't remember where I saw that at exactly.

Thanks for your answer kimmy, i hope they dont take to long to send the RFE since the fees went up

IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE anything with them...though i know for sure non-immigrant visa went not sure about immigrant visa..yes JG...I have heard that too sending the whole amount back and asking for correct amount...but Stacey one thing u should keep up with it...cause what u don't want is ur case sittin for wrong fee and never get a RFE or whatever

Absolutely the truth. I think it's horrible when they seem to forget someone's paperwork for some simple thing like this.
