Salaam all,

Happy Monday. -_-

Just wondering, is there anyway to keep tabs on when your Package 3 is sent from the consulate? If you called DOS, would they know? Or, what if you e-mailed the Consulate, are they responsive to inquiries?

Casa always answered my emails if yours was mailed on the 13th he should have it anytime (2-3weeks after they rec) but with their mail who knows, ask them by email when interview date is

i think they received our petition on the 18th of Feb, so i hope our Packet 3 will come soon! Inchallah...

is the K1 an Immigrant Visa or Non-Immigrant, it seems that everyone has a different opinion?

For the purpose of e-mailing the consulate? We (K-1) had better luck with the immigrant visa address, though K-1 is technically a non-immigrant visa. Good luck.

Yes, i think a K1 is a non-immigrant visa, unfortunately i've never had any luck e-mailing Casa and getting a response using the NI visa address... Guess i should try them both. Wish this didn't feel so out of my hands!

hi, we r going to file the AOS ( inchaallah) ,but i dont have the medical test record or any copy ,just the '' chest scan'' paper that has my photo and some infos and a scan photo of my lungs.Did ur husbands or fiances got medical record from the drs in casablanca? do any of you have same as my problem? thanks

2008-5-09 : EAD card ordered and AP approval notice

2008-5-13 : AP approval notice sent

2008-5-16 : AP received

2008-5-19 : EAD Approval notice sent

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

2008-8---- : interview was fine, but was given a RFE, reason: chicken pox shot( although i got the shot when i was little)

2010-7-20 : I-751 sent back to me. Cause: signatures and filing early.

2010-7-26 : I-751 re-sent

2010-8-09 : First NOA received ( dated 8/2 )

2010-8-12 : Biometrics appointment letter received ( dated 8/6 )

2010-9-08 : Card production ordered

2010-9-15 : Green Card received, with incorrect first name (one letter missing)

I-90

2010-9-16 : Sent I-90 with Green Card

2010-9-17 : I-90 delivered

2010-9-24 : Receipt received. Notice date: 9-22

2011-2-08 : Card production ordered

2011-2-10 : Card received with NO errors.

I don't know the answer of this question because we haven't had the medical yet. I always thought the doctor's office was supposed to send your medical to the consulate directly??

Maybe you should post this question as a separate topic, so someone who's already done the medical can help you?

it has always been noted to get a copy of your medical (at the time of the medical) because of the problems with having to get it later, i dont know to what degree or what information is now required but i do know others have had to back track and get the copy

the dr does send to the embassy for the interview but you need to get a copy also
