Thanks Jon... I been praying a lot as well!!!!! There must be a reason why this is happening to all of us in July!!!!..They Screwed-up with us!!!! But at least we have a place to vent and support each other.

At least I know that in the end my marriage will be the strongest and our love will keep growing and growing more. Nothing can take that alway from us!!!

Nita

Hi Nita,

I've been reading your posts... sorry about what's happening to you guys. I really don't understad what the h### is going on. why on earth they closed your i129f. You really should not let them get away with it! They had NO reason to close it. My husband called USCIS and they said they "might" close our i129f as well if they approve the i130 first. It's still stupid ... I'm really confused about all this...

Luiza

:( I am confused too..... As far as our day count is, as follows I-130 - 451 days! Since we submitted back in November 2006, it still counts like being in line and USCIS also confirmed that our petition is past processing days by 271 days :crying::angry::crying: Big Screwed-up!!!

And I can't get anyone to help me speed it up.. My sentator keeps telling me next week, next week!! It's been now 1 month since I contacted them :crying:

It's awful, they should at least have an explanation. Hopefully everything will be solved soon. And you'll forget about this period of your lives.

Hi Nita,

did you keep sending faxes to the people (senators, congressmen, white house (use the white house website and fax there), district attorneys, attorney generals, whoever is in the news.. I even faxed Obama, McCain, and Hilary (she didn't answer, but the other two did.. especially McCain, he did an awesome job, but I already knew the local office interview answer previously).. so just keep faxing EVERYDAY... bother the hell out of them.. since your application seems to have a "problem" already, they will just tell you to go for a local office interview like me anyway... Also, call their USCIS helpline too.. not the RFE trick way, but the "over processing times" way.. that's what I do now.. which it is for both of us, so we are not lying about this..

send to all and everyone.. make the whole world know about their stupidity!!

We're at 216 days for our I-130, and 190 days for our I-129F.

Good news though, last week when I called, I was told that our app had been assigned to an adjudicator on Feb 13.

Bad news, today when I called I was told that even though our app is now officially outside the processing dates (They updated the date today - it now says July 26, 2007), it doesn't help me, because I've been assigned to an adjudicator, and after that happens the processing dates don't apply...

*uhg*

Sometimes I swear they make this stuff up as they go!

I hope we all see approvals soon. Stay patient, and remember..... this is the government we're working with. AI AI AI
