Hi All,

i was wondering what forms are the ones that are included in the Packet 3 that my fiancee will received from the Consulate in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I want to go ahead and start practicing filling out whatever form with her so we make sure everything is filled out properly.

Also as for what she needs to collect on her side is her birth certificate, her police record, and a medical exam.... does she need these before she received packet 4?

VJ Embassy info indicates no P3 sent out, only P4 which contains everything.

Typical forms are:

DS-230, DS-156, DS-157, DS-156K, and I-134 (The I-134 needs to be completed by US Citizen Petitioner), a list of documents needed for interview (List is: Police cert, Divorce certs, death cert if widowed, birth cert, passport)
