that s the only solution that you have

It is the fastest.

Otherwise, you're going to have to continue trying to clear up the file transfer problem between the two embassies on your own.

They told you the case number is wrong? That's bizarre. Call the Department of State (use the VJ search feature to find the phone number), they usually have pretty accurate information. This is most unusual.

DCF cases do not go through NVC, so I'm not surprised they don't know the case number.

If you have a case number for your petition's DCF approval, as previously suggested, calling Dept. of State at +1 (202)663-1225, press 1, then press 0 is perhaps the last way to locate it. If the case number is invalid there too, and both embassies don't know anything about where it is, the petition is indeed gone/lost/cancelled.

I just called them and they said that the I-130 is already approved and they sent it to Riyadh as i asked for that.

but they are wondering why the embassy in cairo sent it to NVC as it doesnt need to be sent there and they said that they are going to call me to inform me about the reasons and where is the case exactly right now.

so what so u suggest me to do ?

So you have the case number from Riyadh now? Well, I suggest you call Riyadh AGAIN and let them know what the DOS told you. Wait, if the DOs said they would call back, they usually do.
